   What causes you to want to change or look out? With rising inflation, a new house, family, young toddlers, elderly care, education costs, and the overall cost of living, I'm trying to find ways to build up an additional income source so that I have more options and resources.

   • Roles: Product Managers, Parents with kids

   • Emotion: Strong Pain or Desire (People in their comfort zone are usually not ready for change)

   • Age: 30s - 40s

4. What are some of the pain points/blockers you and your customers face?

   1. Can I make money from this? How do I do it?

   2. It's a long game before I can make money from this.

   3. As a PM, I want to start creating content, but I have no time. I work beyond office hours and sometimes on weekends. I also have young toddlers to attend to, and they have enrichment classes on weekends.

   4. I don’t know how to start. What should I do first?

   5. I may not be able to write attractively for the reader.

   6. I don’t know what topics to write about. Which one should I start with?

   7. I spend time and effort writing content, but is anyone reading it?

   8. No engagement.

   9. No feedback.

   10. Does the audience find the content valuable and apply it in their own life?

       Bonus problem: How to write quality content and timebox it. Today is the second time I tried to timebox the time spent on writing the newsletter post but exceed again.

       While trying to wrap the post, parent’s duty call to prep the kids for bed. And wifey isn’t too happy about it.
